Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Finally got reimbursed and an apology.

Not only would they NOT cancel my subscription, they also kept invoicing me for a monthly renewal after I DID find out (in fine print) how to do cancel and then delete my account. All of the emails on their site for contact us, are not operational and if emailed, you'll receive a postmaster failure that the email address does not exist. This UK based company is preying on US job hunters to fill their pockets AND when I did reach one of the recruiters listed on experteer whom they say they work with, the recruiter had never heard of them. This company is a sham.

User's recommendation: DON'T PAY THEM A DIME - keep your membership free; outdated job listings and fake recruiters.

I reached out to this organization about a charge that I did not approve and I have not had any response since my initial contact. This happened over 2 weeks ago

This organization charged me for something I did not approve and will not refund the money. I have tried in various ways to reach out to them and all have failed. I would not suggest anyone doing business with this group EVER. AVOID THIS ORGANIZATION AT ALL COSTS
